South Shore Youth FC
Annual General Meeting

In line with the Club Constitution Rule 8A -
South Shore Youth FC will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday 29th June, 8.00pm at Blackpool Mechanics FC. All representatives of fully paid up members (Membership 6 C) are invited to attend and vote on any proposals put forward.

The following positions on the Club Executive Committee are for re-election this year.

Club Chairman
General Secretary
Club Treasurer

Any person interested in standing for one of these positions should write to the General Secretary by no later than Friday 15th June 2007 (Officers 3) stating their full contact details and position which they are applying for.
All applicants must be proposed and seconded by members of the Club Committee (Officers 3).
Agenda items should be sent to the General Secretary 14 days prior to the meeting for inclusion.
